Day 1 — Arrival | Colombo

Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your driver-guide and transferred to Colombo, the vibrant commercial capital of Sri Lanka. Colombo offers an interesting mix of colonial heritage, modern developments, bustling markets and seaside walks. The rest of the day is free to relax after your flight. Overnight: Colombo

Day 1 — Arrival | Colombo

Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your driver-guide and transferred to Colombo, the vibrant commercial capital of Sri Lanka. Colombo offers an interesting mix of colonial heritage, modern developments, bustling markets and seaside walks. The rest of the day is free to relax after your flight. Overnight: Colombo

Day 2 — COLOMBO CITY TOUR | DAMBULLA

After breakfast, enjoy a city tour of Colombo including Independence Square, Galle Face Green, the historic Fort area, Gangaramaya Temple and Pettah Market. Then, drive to Dambulla. Along the way, visit the Millennium Elephant Foundation, an organization dedicated to the welfare of elephants.

Day 2 - Historic Marrakech Private guided visit of the medina, palaces, gardens and souks.

Day 3 — Dambulla

POLONNARUWA & SAFARI IN MINERIYA Visit the ancient city of Polonnaruwa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the medieval capital of Sri Lanka. Explore the royal palace complex, audience hall, and rock-carved Buddha statues of Gal Vihara. In the afternoon, jeep safari in Minneriya National Park (or Kaudulla/Hurulu Eco Park depending on the movements of the elephants).

Day 4 — Dambulla

SIGIRIYA & HIRIWADUNNA VILLAGE Visit the famous rock fortress of Sigiriya, a world heritage site. Discover its water gardens, its ancient frescoes and enjoy panoramic views from the summit. In the afternoon, enjoy an authentic rural experience with the Hiriwadunna village safari: ride in an oxcart, crossing a lake by catamaran and meeting local farming communities.

Day 4 — Dambulla

SIGIRIYA & HIRIWADUNNA VILLAGE Visit the famous rock fortress of Sigiriya, a world heritage site. Discover its water gardens, its ancient frescoes and enjoy panoramic views from the summit.
